This is part of porting to OpenEXR/Imath 3. Prior to 3.0 Imath was built
into OpenEXR.

Yes, I should try again now to see if that problem has been resolved, but
as discussed in another thread, it looks like we might be able to
cherry-pick some upstream commits. No idea if the patches will apply
cleanly though.
