Hi everyone,

We've reached that time in the schedule[1] where it's time to start
thinking about deadlines. Specifically on Tuesday 10 August, all F35
Changes should be complete enough for testing. Indicate this by
setting the Bugzilla tracker to MODIFIED (or ON_QA if it's 100%
complete).

Also on 10 August, Fedora Linux 35 will branch from Rawhide. At that
point, Rawhide begins F36 development.
