Ant stays in Fedora. I am committed to maintaining it.

No, it is not recommended to switch projects built with Ant to use Maven.
GCJ has been retired from Fedora many years ago, OpenJDK is the only
JDK/JRE that is currently in Fedora and it is expected to stay in
Fedora - it is not expected to be retired.
