Good news, the exec-heap permission issue should be fixed by this upstream 
commit:

https://github.com/dosbox-staging/dosbox-staging/commit/649a428dc368cc03b1cfa608faeae7b5b9290581

Unfortunately this does not apply at all to 0.76.0 though, so we cannot just 
cherry-pick the fix and add it to the Fedora packages.

One option would be to switch to a git snapshot for now.
