Given that F32 is almost EOL, you could just drop the update, assuming that the troublesome fluidsynth-libs has not yet hit the stable updates repo. If it has hit the stable repo, you could still consider doing a rollback, by: Adding an epoch 1, starting at f33+ (and not touching f32) once the epoch bump has landed in f33+ you can do an epoch bump, combined with a downgrade in f32 (the epoch bump will still make it an update from rpm-s pov).
