I think it makes sense (why default to the older, slower implementation?), 
but just like Debian, I think we should not install locate by default to 
begin with.

If you want it to be the default, it should install %{_bindir}/updatedb, not 
%{_bindir}/plocate-updatedb, and it should Obsolete mlocate, just like 
mlocate Obsoletes slocate.
