I'm not sure what happened there. 

resubmit should resubmit it just the way it was, ie, against
f34-rebuild. A new build should get a new taskid, but this seemed to be
the same one the releng one had. Dunno. Perhaps we could ask the people
doing this?

Yeah, we are doing that now... the main rebuild finished, and all the
failures were resubmitted. We hope to merge it in later today.
