This is not possible. You can only create a new account and ask at
https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/issues to transfer your
group memberships.
It is likely, however, that it will be supported in our upcoming new account
system. See https://github.com/fedora-infra/noggin/issues/105
OTOH many Fedora systems use the FAS name as an identifier so even if the
account system supports this, it will confuse badges, etc.
