The Node.js packaging Guidelines have a pull request for their update.

I did not touch the Javascript documentation.
I took another look at the 20 javascript packages.  Only two of them
come from nodejs- libraries.
Both of those two look like we can remove the nodejs- runtime package
(server side javascript) and leave the js- runtime package (browser
side javascript).
