I tried qemu using this link but it's wildly out of date...

I updated the url for Fedora 33 but it still fails...

sudo virt-install --name f33-aarch64-urlinst --ram 4096 --arch aarch64
--boot uefi --disk size=8 --location
https://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/releases/33/Server/x86_64/os
