It's about doing the right thing and showing that our community is welcoming and we are willing to do some work to make it so. If we had a pile of money could we find better ways to spend it? Sure! But we don't. We have time and some adjustments to our workflows that we can do right now to show we care and are not jerks. So, instead of doing nothing, lets do this! kevin
