I don't remember if that was the same error I got with "%pretrans
doc-en -p <lua>" or not, but it seems likely that it was. Any other
ideas?
I have figured it out. The package indeed does not exist on ppc64le, which is
where the SRPM was created in Koji.
Wrap the scriptlet in %if %{with docs}.
