I noticed several, surprising to me email addresses, listed under "Email sent to" when making changes to my bugzilla.redhat.com bugs. For example this bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1900680
The individual email recipients used for "Email sent to" are not included in the given bug "CC list", and the only other email in the bug settings seems to be "extras...@fedoraproject.org". I don't see anybody "watching" the spec repository https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/nwchem. The situation is similar to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=680247, except my bug and comments are public.
