Lib-Pulse was AFAIK the initially planned drop-in replacement for pulseaudio. This has since been deprecated. Pipewire-Pulse AFAIK provides a separate pulseaudio server. It would be great however if the change request clarified what needs to be done - especially taking into account that very recent online instructions now may be wrong.
