I wonder what is going to happen next with this review? Will the process continue with the "Submitter_not_responding" policy part [1]? If yes, then when? I actually don't know why the policy was not targeted on both parties at once, because I was certainly the last commenting in the review.

BTW it would be nice to somewhere provide a link to the script which is responsible for this.
