to redhat-rpm-config.  Given that the requirement actually comes

the -flto usage in redhat-rpm-config, that seems more reasonable to me.


This make sense, but does this work if redhat-rpm-config and gcc are
installed in separate transactions?

We already use

Requires: (annobin if gcc)

and that doesn't seem to cause any problems.
