And if you wonder like my why you cannot see the menu item, them the
reason might be you are using thunderbird-enigmail installed from
Fedora, which is 2.1.x version. But you need to install Engimail 2.2.x
from Mozilla addons to have this functionality available, unless the
Fedora version is updated.
