Well, we need something to use to assign/cc bugs and this document isn't
an RFC. ;) 

But yes, we could revamp that admon I am sure. Perhaps something like: 

"Do not use your @fedoraproject.org address if you already have one.
Using a fedoraproject.org alias in bugzilla.redhat.com requires a
override be added for you. If desired you can request one at
https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure after you have been sponsored in
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Join_the_package_collection_maintainers?#Get_Sponsored";

As soon as we roll out the new account system later this year, we will
have a dedicated entry for 'bugzilla account' we can use and there's no
need for overrides.
