I see, at https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/builds?tagID=20245 , seems
all flatpak builds are for x86_64 only.

I don't have a machine of other than x86_64 so I can't test, but does this
mean fedora's flatpak source is totally unavailable on secondary arches? Or
I have any misunderstanding of flatpak image building?

And changing clusters for koji system is a work for infrastructure team,
maybe a issue at fedora-infrastructure is needed.
