Indeed, this is the first I've heard of "Project Springfield" -- it looks like the list only had a couple of messages at its start in 2018 and nothing since. https://springfield-project.github.io/ The "subscribe" link is broken... it should probably point to https://sourceware.org/mailman/listinfo/springfield I'd send a pull request, but I couldn't find the github repo associated with the page.
