for ELN and I like to start a discussion on whether and how can I opt out this
deprecated package from ELN.
I also see the python3.6 package being rebuilt for ELN and would also like for
that one to be removed. It is packaged for developers so they can test their
software, not as something to put to a next version of a enterprise distribution.
