Thanks a lot as well! :) It really seems the best that can be done with 
what Rust makes possible at the moment. 

And IMHO it is really a shame Rust still does not have a stable ABI/propert 
dynamic
linking support. That would indeed make things so much easier, more efficient
and more secure...
