You have to create a database and a user with permissions in that database
for nextcloud.
Verify that the web server is running
Then go to http://<your-ip>/nextcloud, you will see the installer webpage,
select mysql as the database and set the user
and the database you previously created and it will perform the nextcloud
configuration.
