Neal's responses and requests were entirely respectful, even more so than I would expect, after his repeated attempts to remedy the situation and your non-responsiveness, and I'm surprised you accuse him on top. I would advise to refrain from such baseless accusations on community members, there was no 'demand' on anything, the proper procedures were followed.
