I tried out this kernel:

- kernel-5.6.0-0.rc0.git1.2.fc32.x86_64

It gets to grub, lets you select the kernel, but apparently no
further.  It's kind of frustrating to debug because either it produces
*no* messages at all even in verbose mode, or else it's screwing up
the display somehow so that nothing can be seen.

I moved back to kernel-5.5.0-0.rc6.git2.1.fc32.x86_64 which boots
fine, so I don't think it's a UEFI or grub issue.
