FPC 3.2.0 was originally to come out before the end of 2019, but it still hasn't been released. Reading the forums and the bug tracker, none of the remaining issues affect Fedora, so I decided to go with 3.2.0-beta from the latest SVN revision. That's the main reason for this lag.
