This failed to build because it delves in some OCaml internals which
is not permitted in OCaml 4.10, see:

There isn't a BZ for this.

Note there are several other packages which BR on coq and I wasn't
able to rebuild any of them.

I didn't try rebuilding this package.  The link is a bit unclear, but
