OK first off, to log issues with SoftwareCollections, I don't see where having a Fedora ID would do anything (or asked for). On the bottom of the front page is where to ask on StackOverflow https://stackoverflow.com/questions/tagged/software-collections for help and problems. The rest of the problems you run into are technical debt problems which need to be worked on.
