Note that fawkes has been rebuilt for mpfr 4, but the side tag has not been merged yet (see https://pagure.io/releng/issue/8875), so if you start building in Rawhide before the merge happens, you'll have to build fawkes again after the merge. I'm not sure what is holding up the side tag merge.
