...and I dug into this and found that we were composing the f31 images with the master/rawhide/f32 comps branch. ;( So that branch did have a exclude on python37, which explains everything. https://pagure.io/pungi-fedora/pull-request/770 fixes this. :( I'm glad we caught it now, but sad that it's been happening since branching. ;( kevin
