Whether or not it's documented policy (and I can't remember or find anything
either), many packages have the practice of trimming very old entries. I'm
looking at `filesystem` and `setup`, both have existed since time
immemorial (back to RHL pre-history) -- and which currently have changelogs
starting from 2017.
