If it's blocked it means it was retired, not just orphaned. If it was retired less than 8 weeks ago, just file a releng ticket asking it to be unretired. If it was more than 8 weeks ago, you will need to do a re-review of the package and once it's appoved file a releng ticket and ask for it to be unretired and point to the completed review. kevin
