It reads to me like an affirmation of the work that had been done for
Fedora 21:

I don't think a reasonable person reading the thread could plausibly
conclude that FESCo expected further work.
At the very least, it'd be nice if anaconda had an option to select
the default firewalld zone during installation
Imagine if Anaconda had an option for every time someone suggested it
should....
