I think to be clear we are talking about the paste service hosted here (https://paste.fedoraproject.org/) and not the fpaste cli tool. The cli tool is not maintained by the CPE team and the cli tool can be changed to use a different service. We are planning to coordinate with the fpaste maintainer to insure that the cli was migrated to another service before we shut down paste.fp.o.
