This proposal has nothing to do with wine/steam. They will continue to work
just fine, multilib will still work as it's mentioned in change proposal.

"multi-lib x86_64 repos will not be affected and all packages will still be
built for i686 for this use case."

All in all, I am +1 for this change. I don't even remember when I needed to
build something 32 bit on 64 bit system locally, and as it stands in the
proposal, it should still be doable.
