Interesting idea. I am soon coming with a proposal of the annotated tags being created by packagers and storing changelog automatically in them. These tags would have name derived automatically from Name-Version-Release put in the spec file and constitute a basically a package release record in DistGit. The information in Koji would then be derivative of it. I guess this is another way how to go around things. clime > > How well does Git scale with thousands of tags? > > Thanks, > Florian > _______________________________________________ > devel mailing list -- devel@lists.fedoraproject.org > To unsubscribe send an email to devel-le...@lists.fedoraproject.org > Fedora Code of Conduct: https://getfedora.org/code-of-conduct.html > List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines > List Archives: > https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel@lists.fedoraproject.org _______________________________________________ devel mailing list -- devel@lists.fedoraproject.org To unsubscribe send an email to devel-le...@lists.fedoraproject.org Fedora Code of Conduct: https://getfedora.org/code-of-conduct.html List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel@lists.fedoraproject.org
