I *think* it's due to some issues with the Rawhide compose process - packages 
only show up in the repositories after a
successful compose and the composes have been continuously failing since before 
March 2, so the package is not yet in
the user visible repositories.

AFAIK the compose breakage is being worked on as we speak.
