The actual terms only permit consumer use (with some exceptions).  The
patent license does not cover activities like teaching, technical
support and external business meetings.

I'm not sure if the MPEG LA has agreements with the actual patent
owners which would allow them to license the patents for generic
WebRTC use.

My understanding is that proprietary video conferencing systems which
uses H.264/AVC have same issue: if you want to use them for business
purposes (excluding internal meetings and training sessions), you need
to obtain licenses from each essential patent owner individually.
