For some reason that I don't recall well, it might be useful for opencv
update shogun, I made a PR [1], which might need review and some review
of the package is welcome, this package take 4 or 8 hours to build !
[2] (with or without test suite enabled) , since the packager
maintainer is besser82 , he wan't mind that we apply it the PR  .
