perl-Data-Alias fails to build and doesn't work with perl-5.12
([https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=611014 bz#611014]). There is
little hope of upstream fixing the problem and no-one else seems willing
or able to fix it.
I'm not the package owner, but cweyl is busy with Real Life at the minute
and has delegated responsibility in
[https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=614980 bz#614980].
I won't retire it in git/pkgdb until you approve killing it in koji.
