Hello,

Perl SIG completed Perl 5.28 upgrade
<https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/perl5.28> in f29-perl side tag
that involved rebuildnig about 3000 packags. Once relengs merge the tag
back to f29 <https://pagure.io/releng/issue/7583>, the new Perl becomes
available.

If you encounter any broken dependencies on libperl.so.5.26() or
perl(:MODULE_COMPAT_5.26.*), it's because the package fails to build
(all the failures have been already reported) or because a package
maintainer upgraded her packages before relengs merged the side tag.
In that case feel free to rebuild the package again against the new
Perl.
