Each affected package will receive one commit with "cpan.org addresses moved to MetaCPAN <https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/Perl_Move_to_MetaCPAN>" title. There won't be any Release number bump. Packages are free to apply this change into older Fedoras. Packagers do not have to rebuild package because of this change.
