Maybe something like 'fedpkg build --side-tag=pkgname-abichange', that
would mean to build that package using all packages already with the
same side tag and tag the build with side-tag.
Well if a side tag exists then you can already choose to build
in it using the --target switch
What would be needed is a way to create a side tag and then
to merge it back.
