Mea culpa. This is a result of my python2 renaming change. The python2
package name became python2-python-rhsm, not python2-rhsm as intended.
I copied the naming pattern from the python3 subpackage, where it was
incorrect too... The python3 subpackage wasn't actually built because
it was conditionalized in a way that meant it was always disabled in
koji (R:python3-devel was under a conditional for a macro which is
provided by python3-devel). I pushed a new build now that actually
builds the python3 subpackage and renames both python2 and python3
subpackages to python{2,3}-rhsm.

Hmm, boost-python was renamed to python2-boost, and then to boost-python2, and
the Provides for the old name was lost in the second step. Is this intentional?
