I backported a bunch of patches (~80) for F27, but only simple fixes, so any new functionality and nontrivial fixes are excluded. One exception is the new crypttab _netdev functionality required by clevis. Given the nature of the new features could you please file a Change for F28 highlighting them when you're sure if the version you'll be using for the next branch? It'll be good to publicise some of the stuff like DynamicUsers so people are aware they can use them from that point.
