Hmmm, is it possible? I thought that with rpm I am able to remove even 
protected packages.
In addition, I am able to remove even packages without dependencies, so I don't 
see the point.
rpm is low level tool.  No, I am talking just about use of dnf which is high 
level tool for working
with packages/modules.
