Hi Jos! I believe this can happen for a short while after a package is added (or in your case, adopted). Adding a package to Fedora causes many different things to happen asynchronously, including letting Koji know what tags a package should be added to. I bet that if you wait a bit (maybe an hour) to give time for the package to be re-added to Koji's tags, this error will go away.
