关于fedora打包，还真有些问题需要请教您：
1. 如何给官方软件打包，像fedora26刚发布的发行版，官方仓库有好多包不全。请问我可以帮忙打包这些（比如：gtkmm30-devel）吗？
2. 用koji打包后，是不是只要创建Review Request就差不多了？
