This is a noarch package which requires (at runtime) python-qt5-qtwebengine,
which is not available on ppc64(le), being chromium-based. An updated
package with a proper ExclusiveArch tag following
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Guidelines#Noarch_with_Unported_Dependencies
is building now, so please don't retire it.
