When I attempt to enter a new bug against Fedora using Firefox on Fedora 25 at https://bugzilla.redhat.com and click on Submit, then bugzilla displays an error page with the message ===== Access to the file was denied
The file at https://bugzilla.redhat.com/post_bug.cgi is not readable. It may have been removed, moved, or file permissions may be preventing access. ===== This happened twice over a span of about five minutes.
